Point of View Bed and Breakfast overlooks the Mississippi River on top of Northeast Iowa bluffs at 416 Luster Heights Road.
 
From the South – (8 mi) Across the river from Prairie du Chien, WI in Marquette, Iowa, connect with Highway 76 north. Landmark signs will indicate that you will be traveling toward the Effigy Mounds National Monument. When you have reached it you will continue on twisting and turning your way up out of the valley. At the crest of the hill, turn right at the Point of View B & B sign.
 
From the North – (55 mi) Travel south from La Crosse, WI area to Lansing, IA. Connect with Allamakee County 364 south to Harpers Ferry, IA. Pass through this river village and continue south to Highway 76. Turn left on 76, drive to the crest of the hill, and turn left there at the Point of View B & B sign.
 
From the West – (20 mi) Highway 9, running parallel with Iowa’s northern border, intersects with Highway 76 south and east out of Waukon, IA. Drive approximately 20 miles and past the County 364 turn to Harpers Ferry, IA. On the top of the hill, just before dropping down to the river valley, turn left at the Point of View B & B sign.
 
The turn at our sign on Luster Heights Road will put you on gravel for 1.5 mile. Drive accordingly and thrill at the view.  Go straight past the right turn to Smoky Hollow Road. Turn left on the final crest for the lane running to the house through the tall grass prairie.
